In Enspire HR you can define a separate approval process/work flow for employee asset request apart from regular Leave Requests. Every transaction will be treated as a object in Enspire HR. During this approval process employees will be notified by emails if they have emails otherwise they can see notification/alerts in ESS/MSS Dashboard.
