If you want to increase user session out time go to Administration -> System Utilities as shown below.
After clicking on "System Utilities" go to Enspire settings and click on "System Settings" as shown below.
On right hind side you can see available system settings. Here you can change "Session Time Out" hours as per your requirement. Once you are done with the changes click on "Submit" button to save the changes.
Note: Maximum session time out is 6 hours. After 6 hours user has to re-login to access the portal.
