In PMS process, HR/Admin user has to release the appraisal templates to all the employees in the organization and the MSS user has to release the forms to the respective team members. Below are the steps to follow while releasing the form to employees.


  • After release process done by HR/Admin user, MSS user has to Login the portal with the credentials.
  • Click on MSS tab and go to ‘Appraisal Attribute Master’ as shown below.


 

  • 3. Here the MSS user has to add Targets, Projects and KRA’s & KPI’s to the respective team members by clicking on ‘Add more’.

        

 

 

  • Once you click on the ‘Add more’, it will redirect to the “Create/Edit KRA’s & KPI’s" page. There you can create KRA’s & KPI’s to assign the respective team members and click on 'submit'. Below is the screenshot.

 

 

  • The MSS user can also add the KRA’s & KPI’s to the respective team members through the bulk creation by clicking on ‘Bulk Create’ and they can also able to do the changes via bulk upload by clicking on ‘Bulk create’.  Below is the screen where the MSS user can create the KRA’s and KPI’s via bulk upload.

 

  • Once you created the ‘Appraisal Attributes Master’, click on’ MSS’ tab and go to ‘Team appraisal Attributes’ to assign the KRA’s and KPI’s to the respective team members  as shown below.

 

 

 


  • After clicking on Team appraisal Attributes, the employee’s data will be loaded here. There you can click on ‘Eye’ symbol as shown below.

 

  

  • Once you click on the ‘Eye’ symbol, it will redirected to the MSS-Team Attributes page where the MSS user has to assign the Targets and KRA’s to the respective team members as shown below.

 

  • In Targets/KRA’s page you can manage Assign New targets, Manage Assigned Targets, Copy Targets from Team, Copy targets to team.
  • Here the MSS user has to assign the KRA’s to respective team members by clicking on ‘Assign New KRA’s. Once you clicking on the ‘Assign New KRA’s created KRA’s will be loaded here by selecting period code, Sub period & KRA’s created by as shown below.


  • Here you can select the KRA’s and KPI’s of the particular employees to you want to Assign the KRA’s  and click on ‘Assign KRA’s for’ at the bottom of the screen.

  • Once you click on ‘Assign KRA’s for’ button a popup will be opened and there you can select PMS period and Sub period and click on ‘Submit’ button as shown below.

 

 

  • Once you click on the ‘Submit’ button,  go to ‘MSS’ tab and click on ‘Team appraisal forms’ where the MSS user has to freeze/release the form  to the respective team members.

 

 

  • Once you click on the ‘Team Appraisal form’, it will redirect to the MSS team appraisal form and click on the ‘Eye’ symbol as shown below.


 


  • Once you click on the ‘Eye’ symbol, it will redirect to the ‘MSS – Freeze & Release Template’ page where the MSS user can Freeze/Release the PMS form to the respective team members.
  • Here the MSS user can also add the Targets/KRA’s & KPI’s to team to the respective team members with weight in ‘MSS – Freeze & Release Template’ page. Below screenshots for your reference.

 

  • After completing all the above steps, the MSS user has to select the action to Freeze/In Draft/Release form as shown below.


 

 

  • Once you click on Release form, it will ask you to submit the form as shown below. 

 

 

  1. Once you click on the ‘OK’, the form will be released to the respective team member as shown below.

 

 

 

  • Once the form is released, the ESS user has to fill the PMS form with all the ratings and need to submit the form within the timeline. Once the ESS user submitted the PMS form, the request will go to Level 1 manager and the level 1 manager has to complete the review process.
