Login into the Enspire HR portal using the URL and credentials provided to you by your HR.
Below is the login screen looks like.
If you enter invalid Employee ID/Password system will throw the below error message.
One more possible error message you can see is
If you see the above error message please contact your HR, they will enable portal access for your account. Another reason might be you have entered invalid Employee ID.
If you forgot your password please click on

. It will takes you to below screen where you need to enter your Employee ID and Email ID. If you do not have Email ID then please request your HR to reset your password.
After entering the Employee ID and E-Mail click on 
, you will receive below email with new password generated by system.
If you see the below error message when you click on 
please contact your HR/Admin. If you are HR/Admin please cross check SMTP settings.
